Katie Flood became part of the Legacy Capital team in July, joining the firm as a Paraplanner focusing on wealth planning. Katie has three years of financial planning experience and holds her Series 7 and Series 66 registrations with LPL Financial.
With a degree in education and a background in teaching, Katie brings an educator’s perspective to financial planning. Katie values taking complicated financial concepts and making them easier to understand, helping clients feel informed and engaged throughout the complete planning process.
Outside the office, Katie enjoys settling into her new home in St. Paul. She loves discovering local coffee shops and restaurants, hunting for treasures at vintage shops, and seeing live music whenever she can. There’s rarely a time when Katie doesn’t have an upcoming show to look forward to. Katie is close to her sisters and family and enjoys spending time with them whenever possible. One of her favorite places to unwind is the family cabin in Hayward, Wisconsin, where summer days are best spent out on the lake.
